Starpulse: Madonna has scored a new chart record in America - but she won't be boasting about this one.Her new album "MDNA" has plummeted from the top of the Billboard 200 and landing the largest second-week percentage sales drop for a number one debut since Nielsen SoundScan began tracking sales in 1991. The album slides seven places to number eight on the new countdown with an 86.7 per cent sales decline, according to Billboard.com. "MDNA" sold just 48,000 copies last week. The drop passes the previous record set by Lady Gaga's "Born This Way", which stumbled after hitting number one last year. Both albums enjoyed enhanced first-week sales thanks to special offers.
