Fans are so important to Justin Bieber that he takes time out of his busy schedule to make sure they know it. On Thursday fans started camping out for his Friday concert at Manhattan's Rockefeller Plaza. The popstar decided to pay a special visit to his loyal followers and made an impromptu meet-and-greet with fans at the venue. He told Matt Lauer on the "Today" show this morning, "We had some time off, so I made an effort to go out there and see all those fans, 'cause a lot of those people on the streets back there, they're not even gonna get to see me... "I wouldn't be here without all my fans and all of their support. I even wrote a song called Believe, on the album Believe, and it's basically about how my fans inspire me, so it's a song for them. I always like to pay it forward." Beiber sang many of his hits at the show, and rapper Big Sean joined him onstage for their new duet "As Long As You Love Me."
