True to the glamorous spirit of their film Heroine, actress Kareena Kapoor, director Madhur Bhandarkar and producer Siddharth Roy Kapoor held a stylish and glitzy promotional programme on a cruise in Dubai. Kareena felt like a true 'heroine' as she alighted from a seaplane at the Jebel Resort here Monday evening for the cruise. "True to the role that I am playing in 'Heroine', this event in Dubai has let me relive the moment of playing the role of a star once again," Kareena Kapoor said in a statement. Madhur Bhandarkar, who was impressed with the innovative strategy, said: "Only my 'Heroine' Kareena could have carried this off with much aplomb like her role in the film." The team of "Heroine", which takes a behind-the-scenes life of a Bollywood actress, has been busy spreading a word about the film. Kareena's peppy number "Halkat jawaani" has already caught the fancy of many of her fans, and the team hopes to grab more eyeballs with unique promotion ideas.
