A Sichuan resident has won nearly $42mln in a lottery. However, the man had to pay a $8mln tax and he donated another $1.6mln for charities. The identity of the winner is not disclosed. He refused to give interviews and was wearing a panda mask in a photo of him which was published by the lottery company.
