Taylor Swift to have 'multiple outfit changes' for wedding

Los Angeles, (IANS) Pop icon Taylor Swift is set to have a grand wedding. The singer-songwriter will have several custom dresses in the running for her upcoming wedding to Travis Kelce.

The 36-year-old singer and NFL star, 36, is expected to be channelling her inner tour persona with numerous outfit changes during her two-day wedding celebration at New York’s Madison Square Garden, which is expected to take place next weekend, reports ‘Female First UK’.

A source told Page Six that the Love Story hitmaker is expected to have "multiple outfit changes" during her nuptials. Monse designers Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia, the former co-creative directors of Oscar de la Renta, are said to be among the top contenders to design one of Swift's gowns.

As per ‘Female First UK’, in April, it was reported that Taylor's wedding dress will be inspired by the gown worn by Dame Elizabeth Taylor when she married her first husband, Conrad Hilton, in 1950 after researching the movie icon for her song of the same name.

A source told the Daily Mail newspaper, "Taylor spent so much time looking at old photos of Elizabeth Taylor when she was making her music video for that song that she became enamoured with the movie queen's style. So when she started thinking about her wedding dress, she looked up Elizabeth's old gowns online”.

The insider added that the singer loved the "flattering" fit of Elizabeth's dress, saying, "Taylor said she liked how it was old fashioned and came in at the waistline, plus the lace detailing”.

It was also previously reported that Taylor may opt for Sarah Burton. ‘The Angry Birds Movie 3’ trailer pushes Red into unfamiliar territory

It offered a fresh glimpse into the next chapter of the animated franchise. The trailer teases a new storyline that pushes Red into unfamiliar territory, introducing unexpected challenges and a new family dynamic that adds a fresh twist to the beloved character’s journey. Paramount Pictures shared the trailer, poster, and first-look images of the upcoming film on Instagram and wrote, “Parenthood is a game-changer. Madhuri Dixit remembers her ‘Aai’ on her birthday: Not a day goes by without thinking of you

Mumbai,  (IANS) Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit Nene has remembered her mother Snehlata Dixit on her third birth anniversary and said that not a day goes by without thinking of her and feeling her presence in the little moments of life.

Madhuri took to her stories section, where she shared a collage featuring pictures of her along with her mother.

She added the message: “Happy Birthday, Aai. Not a day goes by without thinking of you and feeling your presence in the little moments of life.”

“Your love, strength and warmth continue to guide us everyday. Missing you always and celebrating you with love today.”

Madhuri’s mother, Snehlata Dixit, passed away at their Mumbai residence on March 12, 2023, at the age of 91.

On the work front, Mahduri’s latest release is Maa Behen.

The dark comedy is directed by Suresh Triveni for the streaming giant Netflix. Apart from Madhuri, the film features names such as Triptii Dimri, Dharna Durgaa, Ravi Kishan, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Arunoday Singh, and Shardul Bhardwaj.

“Maa Behen” is about a mother named Rekha, who’s juggling in her life until an ultimate curveball comes her, a dead body in her kitchen. With her two daughters, Jaya, the responsible one, and Sushma, the wild card, this trio must think fast, lie faster, and somehow keep their nosy neighbors from sniffing out the truth.

The 59-year-old star’s latest film also includes the OTT series Mrs. Deshpande directed by Nagesh Kukunoor. In which, she was seen playing a serial killer. It follows a police, who investigates the case of a copycat killer; to uncover the mystery of the crimes, they approach the imprisoned serial killer, whose methods are being mimicked.Talking about the actress, Madhuri, one of Bollywood’s best dancers, has appeared in over 70 Hindi films, attaining nationwide stardom that influenced Indian popular culture.
